1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the logistics and freight forwarding services provided by Shukan Logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Shukan Logistics provides international freight forwarding, customs clearance, land transportation, and related EXIM services. All transit times and quotes provided are estimates based on current carrier schedules and market rates, and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a formalized contract.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation regarding your cargo, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and necessary compliance certificates. Shukan Logistics is not liable for delays, fines, or confiscation by customs authorities due to inaccurate or missing documentation provided by the shipper.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shukan Logistics, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our logistics services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
